Job Description

About Atria

Atria is powering a movement to improve quality of life today and prolong healthy life in the future by taking the latest science and translating it into medicine in real time.

Atria is composed of the Atria Institute, a clinical practice delivering rigorous and personalized preventive care; the Health Collaborative, a nonprofit that invests in proven interventions and disseminates critical health information at no cost; and our Academy of Science & Medicine, which brings together experts from institutions around the world to freely share best-in-class knowledge with doctors and the public.

Atria is on a mission to create a new paradigm in medicine, shifting from reactive sick care to proactive and preventative health care. We believe we can learn what works, share that information without limits, and empower countless people locally, nationally, and globally to live longer, healthier lives.

At the Atria Institute, we are seeking an experienced Lead Pediatrician to partner in building a new world-class primary care institute in South Florida. In addition to providing care within a small, well supported private practice, you will enjoy a workplace with an energetic and modern environment with outstanding colleagues and you’ll have the ability to participate in social impact and educational activities to share health innovations with a broader community.

We are seeking great talented people to join our team. If you are exceptional at what you do and would love the opportunity to make a massive positive impact with a well-capitalized start-up that aims to change the world, we would love to explore this opportunity with you.

Specifically, you will:

  • Lead a team of pediatricians, physicians assistant/nurse practitioners, and care coordinators in establishing a comprehensive primary care practice
  • Practice in a state-of-the-art clinic with on-site laboratory and imaging services, and provide care in the home and via telemedicine.
  • Develop a network of vetted subspecialists to support children’s care
  • Collaborate with emergency medicine specialists to respond 24/7 to urgent needs.
  • Build close and meaningful relationships with families
  • Engage and devote time and support to learn, research, and improve your clinical practice
  • Work with extensive support with care coordinators, pharmacists, and technology empowering your care
  • Leverage in-office lifestyle services including health & wellness coaching, nutritionist, and exercise physiologist for patients and members

Who You Are:

You are devoted to collaborative medicine in every way. You’re eager, stay curious, and are agile with humble hospitality. You’re a leader—always solving the problems of today by looking to the solutions of tomorrow. You’re driven by unparalleled support and guidance through a global network of the best medical minds. You’re looking to shape as much as you learn, building the best healthcare organization in the world. Join us in seeking a new vision for the future of health!

Job Requirements:

  • Must be Board Certified in Pediatrics
  • Florida licensed or eligible
  • Minimum of six (6+) or more years of clinical experience
