About the Practice

Fellows Family Dental is a growing, family-oriented dental practice known for our fun, relaxed, and dedicated team culture. With a strong and loyal patient base and continued growth, we’re excited to add a dependable and patient-focused Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork and professionalism.

Position Summary

The Front Desk / Patient Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to manage scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and front office workflows.

Schedule

• Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (no lunch)
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 1–2 PM)
• Potential Thursday hours (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM) beginning in April

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain accurate records
• Utilize Eaglesoft for patient scheduling and documentation
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior dental front office experience preferred
• Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
