United Protection Agency Is Actively Seeking Professional Security Officers.

Hiring Professional Security Officers ( Unarmed )

UPA is a high-accountability private security firm.
We protect commercial, residential, retail, construction, and event environments.
We hire " ONLY " those who meet strict professional standards.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: (MANDATORY)

• An official photo ID
• Social security card
• Active Illinois PERC (verified before interview). 
• Able to pass background check (Finger Print).  
• Reliable transportation — must arrive ON TIME. 
• Working cellphone.
• Ability to write clear, detailed daily reports done in [Vision Insight Report Tracker]
• Strong communication skills. 
• Clean, neat, professional appearance. 
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Must follow UPA’s Code of Conduct and Post Orders with no exceptions. 
• Stand post until relief arrives, potentially up to 4 hours in an emergency.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $18 - $20 per hour 
• Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly, with no check hold back.
• Overtime: Time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 per week.
• Payroll: Direct Deposit available. W-2 provided.
