What we're looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Conflicts Analyst/Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in conflicts management within a law firm. You should be an expert in analyzing complex conflict reports, applying the Rules of Professional Conduct, and making independent judgments to clear matters without needing to escalate every issue to the General Counsel. Proven leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable, as you will help lead and modernize our conflicts department.

Salary $100K - $130K (The base salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and training. There is some flexibility above this range for exceptional candidates, particularly those holding a JD or LL.M.)

We operate on a hybrid model. Employees are typically in our New York office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. The conflicts team staggers their in-office days to ensure someone is always available on-site for urgent matters.
