Position Overview:
As a Conflicts Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our patient records. You will be responsible for identifying potential conflicts of interest and taking appropriate action to resolve them. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review patient records and identify potential conflicts of interest
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the nature and severity of conflicts
- Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to gather necessary information
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve conflicts in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all conflicts and their resolutions
- Develop and implement processes to prevent future conflicts
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance procedures
