We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Management Clerk to support our growing operations through accurate data entry, document organization, and digital recordkeeping. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home while ensuring all client, training, and administrative records are properly maintained and accessible.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume data entry of client records, registrations, and training session details into internal systems
Maintain and update digital databases with accurate and timely information
Organize, scan, and archive documents in a secure remote environment
Review records for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Assist with onboarding new client data and updating existing profiles
Support scheduling and administrative teams with accurate recordkeeping
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data privacy and documentation
Generate reports and retrieve records upon request

Required Qualifications
