Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tufting Machine Operator to join our synthetic turf manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the primary engine of our production line, operating large-scale industrial tufting machines that transform synthetic yarn into high-durability turf for sports fields, landscapes, and commercial use. Responsibilities

The Tufting Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and running large-scale industrial sewing machines that "tuft" synthetic yarn into a primary backing to create artificial turf. This is a fast-paced role that requires a sharp eye for detail and mechanical aptitude.

12 hour shifts Monday - Thursday and some Fridays - 7p-7a - interview with client required - training 2-3 weeks on 1st shift.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
