Requirements
1 or more years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proficiency in Boolean logic, X-ray searching, and advanced internet sourcing techniques.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and database mining.
Experience in social media recruitment, employment branding, and digital networking.
Experience with candidate evaluation, technical screening, and offer negotiation.
Experience in market analysis, recruitment reporting, and talent pool development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to generate robust candidate pipelines.
Facilitate interview coordination and evaluate candidate fitment for open technical requisitions.
Collaborate with leadership to enhance employment branding and social media presence.
Generate analytical reports regarding staffing progress, market trends, and recruitment obstacles.
Represent the organization at trade shows, campus drives, and professional networking events.
Convert passive leads into pre-emptive talent pools to maintain a high-demand candidate database.
