Job Description

We are seeking a Sr Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role requires expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, SQL, and automation tools to build responsive, personalized emails and orchestrate multi step journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage omnichannel campaigns in Journey Builder (email, SMS, push, ads).
• Develop dynamic content and personalization using AMPscript, SSJS, and Content Builder.
• Design data models in Contact Builder, create Data Extensions, and segment audiences with SQL.
• Automate workflows in Automation Studio, manage triggered sends, and monitor deliverability.
• Create CloudPages, preference centers, and API backed landing pages.
• Ensure compliance with CAN SPAM, GDPR, and sender authentication standards.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM via Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Manage bulk data movement (SFTP, ETL tools) and reporting extracts.
• Troubleshoot, optimize campaigns, and conduct A/B testing for performance improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5 8+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Administrator.
• Strong organizational skills, agile mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects in fast paced environments.
