Demonstrates knowledge and commitment to the mission of St. Cecilia Middle and High School and endeavors to support that mission in the daily work with students, parent, faculty, and staff.
Updates accommodations annually for students who have IEPs, 504s, etc.
Provide intervention support through one-on-one or small groups.
Works with teachers to develop and carry out strategies to enhance student learning.
Analyzes data points to identify students who are struggling or in need of support.
Guides students in their adherence to school policies and procedures as outlined in the students’ handbook.
Builds positive relationships with students throughout the year.
Helps teach study skills and organizational skills.
Helps teachers with test and homework accommodations.
Founded in 1912, Hastings Catholic Schools (HCS) is a school community where students encounter Christ, grow in knowledge, and become Christian witnesses. Hastings Catholic Schools focuses on providing a Catholic Education where students grow in discipleship and live out the core values of faith, family, commitment, and courage. HCS consists of St. Michael Elementary, which includes grades PK-5 as well as childcare services, and St. Cecilia Middle & High School. On average, the two schools educate 480 students each year. We have a newly remodeled school and updated classrooms.
