salary: $44,000 - $59,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage the full SMT assembly lifecycle, including screen printing, 3D solder paste inspection, pick and place, reflow ovens, X-ray, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI).
- Execute setup and changeover duties specifically for Universal pick and place machines.
- Monitor and replenish electronic components onto feeders across multiple machines to maintain continuous production.
- Perform in-process visual inspections and initiate first-article processes for all electronic assemblies.
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to provide real-time data for root cause analysis and process optimization.
- Act as a versatile team member, providing backup support for other SMT Operators, Material Handlers, and AOI operators as needed.
