Overview:

Join Icono-Labs, where we apply real-world expertise and innovative SaaS solutions to solve business problems. As a Senior Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Systems Consultant, you'll leverage your hands-on experience with Coupa to help our clients transform and optimize their P2P processes across a variety of industries including but not limited to climate technology, life sciences, and consumer products. You will play a key role in full-cycle implementations, from requirements gathering and configuration to integration and deployment, all while delivering tailored solutions that meet today's challenges and position our clients for success.

We are looking for professionals who have strong technical experience with Coupa as a practitioner, with a strong preference for those with NetSuite integration experience. This role offers the opportunity to not only consult but also contribute to the development of our practice and culture.

What You'll Do:

• Lead clients through the selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa P2P modules
• Provide both functional and technical expertise on Coupa's suite, including procurement, payables, expenses, and supplier management
• Manage full-cycle implementations, including project management, change management, design, testing, and go-live support
• Configure and maintain Coupa systems to align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with ERP platforms like NetSuite
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, conduct Fit/Gap analysis, and document functional decisions and configurations
• Support supplier enablement and develop best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
• Contribute to internal practice development, knowledge transfer, business development, and recruiting efforts

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa, ideally in a Financial/Business Systems capacity, system administrator or similar role, with experience in configuring and implementing multiple Coupa modules
• Experience with NetSuite integrations is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of P2P processes, including procurement, invoicing, and supplier management
• Ability to lead and execute all phases of the implementation life cycle, from design to go-live
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to collaborate in a remote work environment
• Experience working with data, including data migration, formatting, and manipulation
• Willingness to travel for occasional client engagements, typically once per quarter, as most of our work is remote

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coupa certification is a plus
• Experience with additional ERP systems (e.g. Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks) is a plus
• Postman experience is a plus
