The Revenue Cycle Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for all revenue cycle operations, ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This role is responsible for managing claims processing, payment posting, accounts receivable, and denial management while driving performance, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about building efficient, ethical, and high-performing revenue cycle practices. This position plays a key role in maximizing reimbursement, improving workflows, supporting staff development, and ensuring exceptional operational standards across the revenue cycle continuum.
