QA analysts and developers to understand and thoroughly test a range of complex functions in a system built with C#, ASP.NET, SQL in Windows PlatformBachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other related Engineering discipline, or equivalent experienceThree years core experience in development and maintenance of automated test scripts for mid-sized to large enterprise applicationsStrong understanding of software testing methodologiesAttention to detail and a strong desire for qualityDemonstrated experience with testing tools (e.g. Quick Test Professional, Load Runner, RobotFramework Selenium2Library), including recording and creating scriptsExperience with use of a defect tracking utilityFamiliarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its different methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Good working knowledge of Java, VBScript, and JavaScriptStrong experience with and knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, and testing techniques, including negative tests, functional tests, White/Black box tests, automated and manual test processes, test case design, scripting and execution, regression testing, operational readiness tests, etc.Familiarity with issues involved in testing in multi-tier environmentsAbility to estimate, commit to work deadlines and work in a disciplined software development environmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, process and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
