Are you an Excel power user who enjoys solving puzzles hidden within data? Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is looking for a detail-oriented Project Analyst to join their team in Naperville. In this role, you will be the bridge between shippers and carriers, ensuring the rates and contracts that move goods across the country are accurate and optimized.
salary: $25.37 - $25.38 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Receiving contracts between shippers and carriers and loading contracted rates for domestic and international lanes into the system.
- Moving data from shipper-provided formats into a specific internal template.
- 25-35% of the role is spent identifying and resolving rate discrepancies (e.g., misspelled city names, data formatting errors, or carrier communication issues).
- Assisting with new client setups, building the system relationship between carriers and shippers, and establishing the "base" for new projects.
- Handling high-volume, repetitive data entry and organization tasks to support the broader team.
