The Role: Your Stage to Shine As a RockStar Personal Trainer, you are more than a coach—you are a mentor, a motivator, and a guide. You will lead clients through personalized journeys, using our proven methods to help them lose weight, build strength, and thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Design the Roadmap: Create and lead personalized training programs (weight loss, strength, pain management) using the RockStar Fitness methodology.
• Restore Movement Quality: Focus on improving functional movement patterns to help clients move better, feel better, and decrease daily pain and tension.
• Coach with Precision: Ensure every rep counts with proper technique and safety, while adapting exercises on the fly to meet a client's specific needs.
• Celebrate the Wins: Track progress meticulously and be the first person to high-five a client when they hit a new milestone.
• Extend the Impact: Provide the lifestyle and habit coaching that helps clients stay on track long after they leave the studio.
• Be a Pro: Maintain a pristine, professional environment and bring 100% of your energy to every session.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Credentials: A current CPT certification and valid CPR/AED.
• The "RockStar" Factor: You are outgoing, empathetic, and able to build instant rapport with people from all walks of life.
• The Brains: A solid grasp of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise science.
• Experience: Ideally, 1+ years of 1-on-1 personal training (but we value personality and "coachability" above all).
