Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Doral,FL

Type: Full-Time (Hybrid after 90 days)

Overview: Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Payroll Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in managing payroll processes, employee onboarding, and ensuring accurate payroll for our diverse workforce across three states. This position evolves into a hybrid role after the initial 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll workflows, onboarding processes, and time and attendance tracking.
• Run reports efficiently using Paycom for payroll and overtime analysis.
• Manage payroll for 120 employees across Florida, California, and Maryland.
• Track FMLA and collaborate with the benefits broker as a liaison.
• Utilize Paycom modules with a preference for prior experience.
• Actively engage with employees, demonstrating an extroverted and proactive approach.
• Coordinate with external partners for garnishments, Cobra Insurance, and 401k.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Prior experience working with the Paycom payroll system, especially in multi-state payroll.
• Employee relations-oriented professional with a hospitable demeanor.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
