Position Description
The Office Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment at U.S. Soccer’s New York area office. Reporting to the Director of the President’s Office, this role combines office management, hospitality, and administrative coordination to ensure daily operations run smoothly and consistently. The Office Coordinator also will be responsible for providing focused administrative support to 1 NYC-based executive, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and assisting with travel planning to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
