Salary: $72,800 - 93,600 per year Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, specifically for email development.
• Fundamental understanding of SQL for query validation and audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with Redpoint Interaction or similar platforms (experience with Marketo or HubSpot is beneficial).
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and testing.
• Mid-level experience in email development and campaign execution.
• Ability to thrive in high-volume environments while managing multiple stakeholders.

• Develop responsive email templates from the ground up using HTML.
• Ensure email templates comply with best practices for optimal deliverability and engagement.
• Collaborate with Redpoint Interaction to build target audiences and manage segmentation.
• Utilize SQL to extract queries and verify automated query generation.
• Assemble content from marketing teams into cohesive email templates.
• Perform A/B testing, conduct quality assurance checks, and verify that templates meet performance metrics (such as open and conversion rates).
• Handle a substantial volume of email campaigns, approximately 40 million emails a month.
• Work collaboratively with Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Ad Operations teams.
• Coordinate with QA resources and adhere to a strict quality assurance process prior to email deployment.
