OC Skin Care Center | Newport Beach, CA

OC Skin Care Center is a results-driven med spa in Newport Beach focused on education, trust, and real skin results. We are expanding our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Live Shopping and are seeking a full-time Marketing & Content creator to support content execution, organization, and creative development as we grow.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executing high-quality content , contributing creative ideas within a defined brand vision, and working closely with leadership to bring strategy to life.

Role Overview

You will support the execution and organization of social and digital content across multiple platforms. This role includes creative contribution , with final direction and approvals provided by leadership to ensure brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, schedule, and post content for:
• OC Skin Care Center social channels
• Injectable services content
• TikTok Live Shopping support and clips
• Repurpose long-form content (Lives, videos) into:
• Reels
• Shorts
• Stories
• Contribute creative ideas for content formats, hooks, and trends
• Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and visual standards
• Organize content assets, captions, and posting calendars
• Support pre-live and post-live content workflows
• Collaborate closely with leadership on approvals and direction

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a brand strategy or leadership role
• Not responsible for ad buying or campaign strategy
• Not autonomous decision-making on brand or offers

Creative input is encouraged — final approvals and direction remain with leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience posting and managing content on Instagram and TikTok
• Comfortable working with video content and repurposing assets
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Receptive to feedback and approval-based workflows
• Interest in skincare, wellness, or beauty preferred
• Orange County–based candidates

Schedule & Compensation

• full-time: 30 –40 hours per week
• Compensation: $22–$25/hour , based on experience
• 30-day trial period
