Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for a daylight position from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. No weekend work is required. Additional shifts include a 2nd shift from 3:55 pm to 11:55 pm and a 3rd shift from 11:35 pm to 7:35 am

Responsibilities

• Lift 10-20 lbs over shoulders to load materials into machines.
• Cut ceramic parts using the machine after training.
• Spend entire shifts on feet for both positions.
• Inspect parts visually and package them into boxes.
• Operate machines to produce pressed and extruded parts, inspecting them post-production.
• Lift 50 lbs repetitively for certain positions.
• Weigh and measure materials daily in a dusty environment.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs repetitively.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in an industrial environment with an odor. The facility is clean but not climate-controlled, leading to hot conditions in the summer and cooler conditions in the winter. The role involves working in a dusty environment, and steel-toed boots are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SARVER, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
