The Junior NetSuite Functional Consultant supports the implementation, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite ERP solutions under the guidance of senior consultants and delivery leads. This role focuses on assisting with business process analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating client needs into effective NetSuite functional solutions.
The Junior Functional Consultant works closely with clients and internal teams to support system configuration, testing, data validation, and user training activities. This position is ideal for early‑career professionals who are eager to develop their NetSuite and ERP consulting skills while contributing to successful project delivery and long‑term client adoption.
Support the implementation, configuration, and customization of NetSuite modules based on business requirements
Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements through walkthroughs and discovery sessions
Translate business processes into NetSuite functional solutions under the guidance of senior consultants
Configure forms, fields, workflows, roles, and dashboards
Support data migration, validation, and testing activities
Participate in system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
Provide end‑user training and assist with documentation such as user guides and process flows
Collaborate with technical, sales, and delivery teams to support successful project execution
Assist with post‑go‑live support, minor enhancements, and change requests
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in ERP systems, NetSuite, or business systems consulting (internship or entry‑level experience acceptable)
Basic understanding of business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, or Inventory Management
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP; NetSuite certification is an advantage but not required
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a consulting environment
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting
Exposure to NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory, CRM, or Projects
Experience with documentation tools or basic SQL
Prior experience supporting external clients
Exposure to or experience working with clients in Manufacturing, Food and Beverage (F&B), or Construction industries
