Industrial Embroidery Operator

Elwood Staffing is seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join a local production team.

Industrial Embroidery Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines, threads, and related materials
• Monitor production to ensure consistent quality control
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly
• Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and care of embroidery equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals
• Package finished embroidered products according to company standards
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management as needed
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge

Industrial Embroidery Operator Qualifications:

• Prior embroidery machine operation experience required
• Ability to follow complex instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High-energy, dependable, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
