Job Summary
Pancheros Mexican Grill is looking for a motivated, hands-on General Manager to lead our Fargo, ND location. We are seeking a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, operational excellence, and delivering a great guest experience every day.

Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, building and leading a strong team, driving sales, managing labor and food costs, maintaining brand standards, and creating a positive work environment. This role requires someone who can lead by example, hold the team accountable, and support a culture of teamwork, speed, quality, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop team members and managers
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shifts
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses
• Drive sales through strong operations, guest satisfaction, and community involvement
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations
• Create a positive and accountable team culture
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Partner with leadership to meet restaurant goals and performance expectations

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong focus on guest service and operational standards
• Ability to manage schedules, labor goals, inventory, and financial results
• Dependable, professional, and willing to lead by example
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year , depending on experience
• Monthly bonus opportunity
