FUNDS TRANSFER PRICING ANALYST

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Responsible for providing research, analytical and compliance support for Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) assumptions, modeling, and analysis. Key responsibilities include processing monthly/weekly FTP production for CNB and communicating the results to Senior Management, Lines of Business, and Risk Management. developing and maintaining QRM model, preparing and updating annual assessments and model documentation. This role will perform analysis and create reports that support the tactical and strategic balance sheet objectives of the company.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Updates and improves FTP modeling, statistical and economic analysis.
• Perform weekly/monthly runs in QRM for FTP.
• Documents procedures, model white papers to promote transparency and facilitate modeling and methodology reviews.
• Produces reports for the Senior Management, Lines of Business, and Risk Management.
• Interacts with vendors regarding FTP model maintenance and development.
• Maintains inventory of controls for all FTP related processes.
• Automates FTP production.
• Support CUSO FTP team.
• Assists and coordinates timely and effective resolution of open issues.
• Runs complex financial forecasting models and analyzes results against historical data and projected business activity.
• Monitors results against internal guidelines, identifies source of discrepancies and proposes solutions.
• Interacts with LOBs on FTP related questions

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications*

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience working in the banking or financial industry
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, ETL/ELT, Snowflake, Altryx,

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution or similar environment preferred.
• Hand on experience with QRM is preferred.
• Understanding of programing languages such as Python, and R, etc., is preferred.
• Broad understanding of financial risk management, commercial banking, Treasury management and banks’ balance sheet.
• Ability to use complex financial forecasting models is critical for success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Should possess effective time management skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work well in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment coordinating multiple projects.

Compensation

Starting base salary: $60,500 - $104,500 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
