Opportunity: Executive Search Recruiter Role in Amsterdam – Elevate Your Recruitment Career

Key Responsibilities – Executive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end executive search assignments, partnering directly with client stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
• Map, source, and attract high-calibre executive-level candidates using a blend of direct headhunting, networking, and digital channels.
• Deliver insightful market intelligence and strategic advice during search projects.
• Build and manage executive talent pipelines in diverse industries and geographies.
• Champion a consultative, high-touch candidate journey—ensuring a professional, confidential, and engaging experience for every applicant.
• Collaborate with Chapter2’s global recruitment and employer branding team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Essential Skills and Experience – Executive Search Recruitment

• Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or headhunting ideally within a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
• Strong knowledge of Amsterdam and European executive talent markets is highly desirable.
• Expert networker able to nurture senior-level relationships and uncover passive talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—the ability to influence and advise at board and C-suite level.
• Structured, proactive, and data-driven approach to managing search assignments and pipelines.
• Fluency in English is essential; Dutch and/or other European languages are advantageous.
