Position Overview
As a Recruiting Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, guiding them through the hiring process from initial engagement to successful placement. This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role where your ability to build trust and deliver results directly impacts your success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals
Source, evaluate, and present top-tier candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance
Create and execute customized recruiting strategies
Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate and client experience
Stay informed on industry trends and market insights

Uncapped commission structure with annual earnings ranging from $40,000 to $500,000+
Base salary starting at $35,568 annually ($1,482 paid twice monthly) plus commission
