Data Entry Associate (Temporary – QuickBooks Online)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $22.00–$24.00 per hour
• 30–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Temporary (W2) assignment, 4–5 weeks
• Start date: As early as next week
ROLE IMPACT
This temporary Data Entry Associate will support accounting operations by ensuring accurate and timely data entry within QuickBooks Online. The role exists to help maintain clean financial records and support daily transaction processing across a diversified portfolio of businesses, including logistics, industrial materials, and property holdings. Success in this position means organized, error-free records and efficient turnaround of accounting tasks during a high-volume period.
• Enter and update financial data in QuickBooks Online, including invoices, payments, and journal entries
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal team members
• Maintain organized digital records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
• Assist with basic reconciliation tasks and reporting as directed
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience using QuickBooks Online in a professional setting
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred Skills
• Prior experience supporting accounting or bookkeeping functions
• Familiarity with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
