Responsibilities:

-Recruit and onboard top talent, creating a welcoming and successful start for every new team member.

  • Develop clear job descriptions and manage confidential employee information with care.
  • Potentially lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Optimize Our Systems (Process Improvement):
  • Develop and maintain clear guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent excellence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective policies and procedures.
  • Analyze workflows to identify and implement improvements for greater efficiency and smoother operations.
  • Build effective workflows and ensure top-notch quality control.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for improvements in safety, training, quality, productivity, and delivery.
  • Be the friendly voice and helpful resource for inbound customer, vendor, and internal inquiries via phone, email, and correspondence.
  • Maintain clear and professional internal and external communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with politeness and confidence, resolving inquiries about our products and services.
  • Optimize our automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for a better customer experience.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and diligently address and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Monitor online orders and customer inquiries, creating helpful email templates.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to returns, refunds, in-store errors, and vendor needs.
  • Power Our Operations (Store Management & Administration):
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, managing schedules, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure our office space is safe, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity.
  • Generate customer quotes and follow through to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Draft professional correspondence and coordinate effectively with vendors.
  • Contribute to special projects, marketing/social media initiatives, and other dynamic tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain various reports, including tracking and analyzing return rates and KPIs to drive improvements.
  • Create Purchase Orders and maintain a Work in Progress tracker.
  • Collate essential documents like invoices and packing slips.
  • Handle other tasks as needed to support our growing business.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required, bachelor's preferred

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday

Salary:

$20.00 - $24.00/hr.
