Hiring Full-Time Apartment Leasing 

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person and smile a prospect or resident meets when they come home. We would love to add someone to our team who has a fun and friendly personality and sales/leasing experience!

PAY: $16-18 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible!

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30PM (must be willing to possibly work Saturdays 10-4)

What You Will be Doing:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have:

• Strong computer skills
• 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
• Skilled problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• An unmatched dedication to customer service
• The drive to learn and get better everyday
