Job Description

• Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues
• Work with HR and employees to track and enter time and attendance
• Working as an entry-level accountant for payroll-related audit payroll reports and other related duties
• Assist with annual tax and compliance documents and year end 1099s
• Support accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Accounts Payable - processing invoices check runs and vendor management
• Accounts Receivable - billing/invoicing deposits and reconciliations
• Performs other accounting and finance duties as required
• Support HR Accounting and Sales Support as needed
• Perform other tasks and duties as needed and directed by management

Qualifications :

• Entry-level position; minimum 2-year college or associates degree (emphasis/specialization in Accounting Finance or related field)
• 3 years of relevant Accounting experience
• 2 years recent experience with QuickBooks (desktop or online)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical skills; extremely organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple
