Our Patient Care Coordinator,  for Children's Therapy Center is responsible for:

• Ensuring seamless scheduling and productivity of occupational, speech, and physical therapists
• Coordinating patient evaluations, scheduling ongoing therapy appointments, verifying insurance coverage before services are rendered, and necessary documentation retrieval
• Maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk by greeting patients, handling check-ins/outs, answering phone inquiries professionally, and utilizing EHR software for appointment scheduling and documentation
• Securing necessary medical documentation, including treatment recommendations, diagnosis codes, and doctor’s orders, to ensure timely claims processing and therapy approvals
• Overseeing administrative operations, including filing, inventory management, therapist productivity tracking, and purchasing/restocking supplies
• Managing end-of-day responsibilities such as cleaning tasks, securing the facility, and boosting team morale through workplace initiatives

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: 

• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Customer service focus
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Seeking 1 year of customer service, administrative, healthcare insurance, or medical billing preferred 

Candidates must have the ability to work onsite at a local office in Apple Valley, MN and have ability to work shifts between 7am-6pm CST.

Base pay range for this position is $16.25 – $24 per hour.  Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
